If you mean fog and not frog then the answer is your bright lights.

Jim!
You Frog Lights! Just kidding, your high beams.

Well, the last frog I drove (at county fair), wouldn't let me use a cellphone. I don't know why, cause it was a "bumper car".

If you mean fog instead of frog you don't turn on your brights or high beams. It only makes the fog harder to see through and you blind someone coming toward you at the same time. Now about driving through the frog that's not my department you have to ask someone else about that.

well you should never turn on a snapping turtle while driving in a frog they may bite your a@#

Depending on how bad the fog is, you should not turn onto the highway, like if visibility is such that any normal maniac is going to have a crash, at the speeds normal maniacs drive at.

You should turn on your regular lights, but NOT use the high beams. If you suddently go from clear road to fog, which can happen after going down hill, you might turn on your emergency flashers, and drift towards emergency strip at side of road, again, depending on how bad the fog is.
