Without priority markings then no-one has priority.
It makes sense to me..... it's not as if it suddenly turns into a roundabout.

I take it this is not uk, as drivers in uk believe that priority goes to the one on the right..... but it's not a rule.

The only way to deal with these junctions is slowly and safely. Should two cars approach at the same time then each driver has to adopt the defensive driving attitude..... 'give priority, don't take it'. Courtesy is what's called for.

Remember too, that should one car approach ahead of the other car then the first car must wait for the second car. Unmarked crossroads should be treated exactly as a 'Give Way' junction...... except you are always approaching from the minor road... anyone coming? Yup... then give way. Nope... then carry on.

No. You would have the right of way if your arrive at the same time as the car on your left. You yield to a driver on the right. The car on the left should yield to you because you're on their right.
