Where can i buy stickers for cars that illegaly use disabled parking?

I didn't know the police stations would hand out stickers for people to use on illegally parked cars.

The easiest way would be to buy a box of address labels or other shaped adhesive printer labels and make your own.

I don't know if there is any penalty for defacing someone's car.

Or print off some flyers to put under the windshield wipers.

I wouldn't do anything that could mar the car in any way. And, what will you do if the illegal parker comes upon you doing it? What if it is a person who just broke his foot and can't get a permit for that short a time?

"UCANTSEEME" has given you some VERY good advice. In some communities, a special permit is required to even place flyers on a car's windshield. A sticker may be seen as no different.

Also, think about the "annoyance factor" if you get caught by the car's owner placing the sticker. Do you really want that kind of confrontation. Even if that person is illegally parked, what makes it your business to "instruct" that person, personally, by defacing his car. It is this kind of amateure "law enforcement" that triggers all kinds of road rage incidents.

Better to call the police non emergency number to report the violation, or, if on private property, their own security people.

You can't put a sticker on a car, that is vandalism. However, in some cities, the society representing and helping the handicapped produce and distribute courtesy "tickets" which can be place under the wiper. They look like parking tickets, but they explain the reason for the handicapped stall, and the possible legal penalties if ticketed by parking enforcement. NOBODY is going to try to get you charged for putting one of these on a car, because a cop is going to ask "and you say this was placed on your car while you were illegally occupying a handicapped parking spot?".
However, these "courtesy tickets" are usually only given out for use by those who have, or have had, legal need for a handicapped pass. I have some, because I was legally handicapped while recovering from major surgery after an accident. Thankfully, I have not had need of the stalls since 1995. My in-laws, however, need the stalls, mom-in-law can't walk very far, and is wobbly at the best of times. (she isn't the driver by the way, a passenger, and he doesn't use the handicapped stall if she isn't with him)

You might try the local dmv office but I think that you can get into trouble for doing this so call the police department first.
