As a former tow truck driver I would say most people drive drunk in their vehichles. LOL, Well lets analyze the question.
Most bars and resturants are on main streets and not highways. Since everyone leaving the place has to exit on those roads then your answer is simple. Main roads. But I picked up cars from all roads. |

In Australia they are found every where from back streets to toll roads, I doubt it is different where you live, so you have to watch out for them every where. |
