I was heading north down a residentialstreet driving without any streets signs for me to abide by and a woman who was facing east and had a yield sign turned left heading north and drove towards me and hit my vehicle.. She denies being at fault. She insists on fighting this in small claims court. She had a street sign and I had nothing. SHe claims I was driving in the middle of the street and that's what caused this accident! It's the middle of winter, there are ruts everywhere in the streets and cars are parked along the east side of the street. SO I technically was partially in the middle of the street but that's all the street I had! whose fault is this?
