Who can go through intersection first at two way stop?

At a two way stop where the cross traffic is heavy, a car wanting to make a right hand turn (car A) stops at the stop sign and waits. While waiting, a car pulls up to the opposite side wanting to go straight through and also waits (Car B) , Behind car B, 2 more cars pull up and wait (Cars C and D).

As breaks in the cross traffic occur, In what order should the cars proceed through the intersection?

The car that was there first (car A), then Car B, followed by car C and then Car D.

If one is turning right, they only have a yeild to the traffic they are pulling into. The car going straight has a stop to cross traffic. Assuming these cars are facing each other, they can go at the same time. Their paths will not cross.

If however, the one is turning left, the one going straight has right of way.

At a 2 way stop, the car turning right has right of way over the car turning left. Just like at a green light.

The car going straight has the right-of-way. "First come, first served" applies only to three- and four-way stops.

But even when cars traveling in opposite directions meet at your intersection and one of them is turning right and the other is going straight, it doesn't matter who arrived first because the cars won't meet.

This isn't a question of who goes first but of who has the right-of-way.

Technically speaking, Car A Approached the Stop Sign first. They have the right of way to move forward first. Car B must wait until Car A has proceeded. Then Car B can move, then Car C, then Car D.

However, IF while Car B is waiting, Car E drives up to the stop sign that Car A left, Then Car B gets the opportunity to proceed. Car C moves up to that stop sign. Car C has to wait for Car E to proceed, though, since Car E approached and stopped at the stop sign before Car C stopped at the stop sign. Previously Car C was not at the stop sign - he was waiting behind Car B.

In most cases a car turning right will go first mainly because the driver only need traffic from one direction to clear.

OK...first things first...is it a FOUR way intersection (4 stop signs) or two??
The car that arrives at the intersection first has the right-of-way. Car A should proceed first (turning right), then Car B should proceed. Then C, and then D.

In my opinion I beleive its car A but it shouldn't matter if Car A & B are not going to cross paths. But I could be misunderstood.
