The guy in the round a bout! But when coming to a round-a-bout the person to your left has the right of way ... That is my understanding !

The guy in the roundabout already has the right of way. The thing is that in roundabouts the person coming in must yield to the traffic on the left side. The person already in there has the right of way because they are already in movement. I am in the state of MD.

The vehicles in the roundabout always have the right of way. Doesnt matter what state you are in. Unless there is a traffic light. And i am in CO.
