Blue, because he is on a light. Red has to wait until that lane he is in is all clear. Because he doesn't have a light. He is yielding to the right of traffic

Blue does, as red has a stop or yield sign.

Blue unless blue is a slow turner and red has time to go. This usually just depends on who is faster. If blue is right in front or close to where red wants to enter the lane, then red has to yield.

BLUE as the right of way. Blue has already compltede the turn and RED has a yield sign that has to be obeyed before entering BLUE's driving lane.

lucky_ba85
RED must yeild to any vehicle traveling on the roadway it is attempting to enter...so the answer is: BLUE will eventually have the right away over any vehicle in RED's position...

even if RED's turning lane wasn't sepparated from the other traffic lanes the right turn must yeild at all times to the traffic that is flowing in the dirrection attempting turn on to.....UNLESS a designated right turn arrow light is posted for that turning lane...and the green arrow is lit of course
