Who speeds? and do you think its ok to do so?

It seems that I'm the only person who sticks to the speed limit (im in the UK by the way). When i'm doing 30-32 in a 30...people overtake, speed off infront etc. the same applies to when i'm doing 40 in a 40 etc.

well i used to go up to 30MPH faster than the speedlimit until i got pulled over. then i had to be good behind the wheele for about a year so i dont get 2 tickets and my insurance rate go up. now that i do follow the speedlimit (still sometimes go up to 5MPH over) people are always passing me. i later laugh at them for seeing them on the side of the road by either losing control or getting pulled over (usually pulled over but i have seen a few on the side of the road that lost control)

It took my son a while to get this " 50Km (speed limit) is the MAX you can go." You don't HAVE to go that fast tho. BUT as a rule I tend to drive 10 -13 Km over the limit. Mind you there are the rare occasions where I'll let er rip for a few miles just to blow the crap outta the carb. (That's MY story & I'm stickin to it!!)

I usually go 5 mph over the limit, at least by my speedometer. If I'm overtaking I'll speed up to get around as fast as I can, and then go back to my speed.

going over the limit a little is ok like 10-15 k but going like 145 on the hiway instead of the limit (100)
