I have been literally chased and harrassed by these guys on the freeway. Sometimes to the point where I have to go 90 mph or more to get away from them and have sometimes almost had to call the cops.

By the way I DID NOT say EVERY trucker. No, I am not flashing or mooning them, but I am hot so they probably just want me!

Mostly because they sit in a truck for up to 16 hours a day alone 6-7 day's a week. Get the truck number (usually its a large number on the cab) or the license plate number. Call the company and let them know that there driver's are driving this way. Trust me the owner will want to know. |

I'm a truck driver and I can tell you the majority of truckers are professional and would not do such things unless you were flashing them. So quit showing yourself off and you won't have this problem. |

Truckers spend a lot of time by themselves on the road, perhaps being a hot chick, you have provided them with some entertainment just by being there. If you speed up, he's thinking that you're playing with him, so if you want to get rid of the guy, you need to get BEHIND him |

I know short skirts attract truckers because they are riding higher than you and check what your wearing. If you enjoy wearing short skirts, may I suggest you cover the bare skin showing with a jacket or something that won't slip off into your feet.
If you have a cellular phone, it might be a good idea to get behind the truck instead of in front. Saves you speeding tickets, your safety etc. Then you can report the incident to the company, if there's a number available. If it's guys in pick up trucks, with no company info, I suggest calling the police because you're safety is at risk. More than just driving. Sometimes giving the driver a nasty look, let them see you're writting something (which hopefully they would think is their license plate #) then showing them your cellular, they might back off thinking you are phoning the police.

They're just regular guys. They are NOT "chasing" you. They are "pacing" you so they can check out your equipment.
Pretty scary to know a fellow sitting on 80,000 lbs of steel is not paying attention to his driving. |
