It's also illegal to change lanes without using turn signals.
That being said, here in Cincinnasty, if one signals his intention to change lanes, make a turn, merge onto the interstate, etc, the other (very very rude) drivers break their collective @$$ to close the hole, prevent the merge, impede the lane change, etc. |

I think in the D.C. area people don't use their turn signals because they think people will speed up and not let them in. Which is not true by the way. I really don't know but I wish they would. |

I think its because they think they don't have to. It really gets on my nerves and is a pet peeve of mine.it only takes a few seconds to turn it on. Also what i hate is people who use them way too early or too late. |
