Why do car drivers have to wear a seat belt but motorcyclist dont?

Riding a bike is much more dangerous then driving a car so why should i get a ticket when they dont even have a seat belt lol

One thing a motorcyclist may have to do to avoid more personal injury is to "kick" the bike away. Which would be impossible with a seat belt on.

Because in a motorcycle accident you're actually safer if you are thrown clear from the motorcycle. Many deaths occur because people are crushed under their motorcycle once they lost control.

Vehicles are much the opposite. You are much safer inside the cocoon of your interior. The car will protect you from hitting things like a tree or another car.

Because you would die a worse death being dragged by the motorcycle while being strapped in by the seat-belt.

in a car a seatbelt can save your life but in a bike a seatbelt wouldnt do that much. the bike would go flyng and you with it so why bother putting a seatbelt in that case you would want to get off your bike and with a seatbelt on i dont think so

Seriously mate if you was driving on a bike and crashed you would be happy to be sliding on floor on leather instead of going into the lorry or car in between the bike...
