Contrary to what everyone else is posting here, road accidents do not just happen. There is some sort of failure to obey a vehicle law - either through negligence (not paying attention to traffic, vehicle mainainnence issues, or modefied equipment on vehicles, roads, etc) or through willful mis-conduct (speeding, tailgating, agressive driving, theft of road signs etc). |

people are distracted by what's going on in the car. radio, kids, food, pets, phone, make up.
people are speeding or driving too fast for the conditions. traffic, weather, road surface.
people are impaired. alchohol, drugs, lack of sleep. |
