Actually I have seen something like that on Unsolved Mysteries. Where people have found out they could control things like that. One man was doing it with streetlights. It was pretty weird.
My aunt goes thru tons of watches because she makes them stop (not meaning to...)
Or could be just a weird occurance that you are paranoid about. |

But there is a street light that goes off when I drive by it, doesn't go off when someone else drives by.
