Why don't people use their damn turn signals? Do you?

Man, I SO agree with you on this one. I really don't understand why people don't use them. I'm from Long Island, NY, and people always signal there. Now, I'm living in Florida where practically NO ONE signals. It drives me insane. I swear, if I didn't care about my car, I would purposely slam mine into theirs. Or purchase a weapon and shoot out their tires.. They think the whole damn world revolves around them. They're lazy, thoughtless, rude and inconsiderate. Maybe if they detached their cell phones from their thick heads and stopped applying mascara while driving, they might use their last brain cell to stop and think, Oh, I'm changing lanes, maybe I should communicate with the other drivers. I know, it's just too much to ask. And it's so strenuous to extend one finger to flick a switch.. Well, don't get mad if I decide to extend a different finger and tell you to F--- off! There.. I feel better now. >: )

Of course I do - every time! Well almost every time. Here in Philippines everybody does their own thing and the worst are the motorcycle trikes... they usually don't even have brake, turn, or taillights. Sometimes on a left turn they stick out their left foot. Then there's the black carabaos (water buffaloes) pulling a wagon at night with no lights at all..... :-(

I always do but...........

1.) People are lazy - Consider the proliferation of automatic transmissions despite all of their disadvantages. Some cars have cruise control, automatic headlights and rain-sensing windshield wipers. God forbid that you ever have to touch any vehicle controls and actually do something manually!

2.) People are arrogant - They are entitled to change lanes whenever they darn well please and it is YOUR responsibility to avoid them. After all, the whole world revolves around them.

3.) People are stupid - using a turn signal requires them to either hang up their cell phone, stop applying make-up, or cease whatever other distraction they are engaged in.
