Yes. Last night I was pulled over by a cop. I was on my way home from the Pub.He asked to see my license. Since he had taken it from the night before, I told him how stupid he was. He pulled me out of the car and started a "field sobriety test." If I had not been able to feel the curb he would have arrested me.As it was, he allowed me to go home.On the way home, I hit a penguin. The same cop had followed me. Pulled me over.Said I was going to jail. I asked why hitting a penguin was cause enough to take me to jail.He explained to me that there are no penguins in Florida and that I had run over a nun. Talk about nunsense! |

curb feelers will not help you drive:
if you are licensed to drive; or
if you are not licensed to drive,
regardless of your legal status with respect to blindness.
curb feelers don't help with driving. unless you're going insanely slow (the speed a person travels during parallel parking), by the time you get a signal, it's too late. |

if you are legally blind you should not be allowed a drivers license and if you cannot pass a vision test you cannot get one. Personally if you are driving and are legally blind, then you are a complete idiot. If you are I hope you have a good lawyer because your gonna need one if you even have a little scrape at the mall parking lot because you will lose big time in court |

There are "34 states that allow legally blind people to obtain a driver's license."
Apparently, blind people can "see" better with the aid of a bioptic device, a miniature telescope, that is fitted over the top of the lens in their eye.
Thus, their vision is improved up to the point that they can drive a car legally.
As for the curb feelers yes they will help you as well and good luck. |
