i wear my seatbelt everytime i get in the car. i dont really know what color because that really doesnt matter to me...i think tan...honestly never paid attention.
i work with a girl who never wears her seatbelt. shes gotten 2 tickets in the last 2 months. i got into a car accident a couple months ago and i would have been sooo much worse if i wasnt wearing my seatbelt. i told her that and she still doesnt wear it. i dont think its something that you can "get" someone else to do...its one of those, life lessons they are going to have to learn on their own and hopefully, the will live through that lesson |

I use my seatbelt EVERYtime I'm in the car, whether I'm driving or riding, or going a mile or going 50.. My seatbelt is red... I force anyone who rides with me to put his/her seatbelt on.. |

I wear my seatbelt everytime I'm in the front seat. In AR, it's legal to ride without one in the backseat as long as you're over 18. If I'm going anywhere other than the little two lane road in front of my house, though, I buckle up.
To get my passengers to wear their safety belts, I just make a casual "is everyone buckled?" question before we leave. This brings my rules to their attention and doesn't usually require anything further.

Yes...all the time...regular color seatbelts...the people in my car are smart enough not to be told to buckle up...other people's lives are just as important as your own. |
