Dump this loser. He did it. He needs to pay the price. A year from now when you are tagged for something minor and they put you in jail he is going to find a new girlfriend anyway. Do not cover for him. Since he was the person who caused the accident let him take responsibility for what he did wrong. If there are any witnesses they will tell the police what happened. Why would you want to cover up for him? You can get in trouble for covering up for your boyfriend.

i wouldnt take the wrap. even if it was my friend of 14 yrs.... i wouldnt take it. i would still be his friend and visit him in jail..... but i wouldnt take the wrap.

Well....Jessica, all I will say is, go with your heart, and do what you think is right. If he want to leave because you don't want to take the blame , then so be it. However if you are a down a** chick who would no matter what ride or die for her man, then why not, especially if its not costing you anything.
