If you are inside an ambulance because you NEED to be in one as a patient, that is so far removed from "cool" that the only thing worse is to ride in the back of a hearse because you NEED to be in one.
Cool? Hardly. |

I've been in one before, and it's not that great. Kind of like being in the back of a moving truck, except with medical stuff all over the place.
I don't think they're cool, but their not uncool either. But there was that wheelie ambulance that they did on Monster Garage. That was cool. |

Of course ambulances are cool - they come to our rescue. The only negative thing I will say is I'd rather not be in the back of one in a life and death situation. The last time I pulled over for an ambulance, I was stuck behind the guy doing 20 MPH in a 50 - I should have just kept going. I don't know what the situation was - maybe if they were speeding and hit a bump someone's brains would have flown out of their head but there was no paramedic behind the ambulance so I don't know how serious it was - it just seemed like a 95 year old was driving. |

ambulances are cool... they have cool things in them.. however, i work one one and hVE NEVER been a patient on one.... usually the patients think they are not cool... |
