i am doing online shopping for the first time and the website is ebay i am selling something so they want me to give them 2$ i can give them 2$ but they need my credit card number,pin etc so should i give it to them so they can cash 2$ i am afraid that if i give them information about my credit card they will withdraws more money than 2$
can anyone who does online shopping a lot of times tell me that is this thing safe?

at some stores you can buy a cash card from visa/MC ond others. use the card to purchace thee stuff or use paypal.
