how do i install another anchor? is it safe to just use a seat belt on an infant car seat when it comes with the LATCH system?

You can have any auto repair shop install this for you and the part can be found at any chevy dealership plus if they say that they don't have one, ask them to check for a similar one and that will work just as well...
