parking spaces

i was pulling in frontwards into a parking space in a shopping complex and had to manouver back and forwards to place my car straight upon this a car came down and the straight and hit my rear bumper with her wheel arch she is now claiming it was my fault as i reversed into her even though i was still manouvering and she wuld not wait and tried to go pass. whoes fault is it.... any help or advice would be appreciated
