i noticed sometimes a seatbelt will lose its ability to move but instead will lock temporarily so ur stuck in place. it loosens up after, im guessing, something happens with how im driving. im curious, is this caused by hitting the brakes at a higher speed that ur seatbelt will lock? i hope u know what im referring to
im not talking about the thing where u pull it far enough and it locks on the way back to keep u from moving forward

If you are slowing down fast enough to trigger the accelerometer in the seat belt reel, then it will lock up and will not release until the weight moves back when you release the brake or stop. |
