In January I was caught on CCTV 'tray drifting' in a shopping centre car park during closing so it was empty apart from staff. On the CCTV i am said to brake sharply to avoid contact with a pedestrian. Now i have been to caught and pleaded guilty as i accept i was driving dangerous, i am just wondering your thoughts on what i could be looking at come my 2nd court date (Im also having a pre sentence report done) any info would be good because its causing me allot of stress :(

If it's dangerous driving under Road Traffic Act 1988, s.2, the Court must endorse your licence and disqualify you for at least 12 months plus order an extended retest. You'll also receive either a hefty fine or community service. |

causing you a lot of stress? GOOD and if you don't like the answers your getting to bad, when you start acting out things that you see professionals do on TV on controlled courses or in the movies , what did you expect, loss of license big fine and more time to play drifting video games. |
