Adopted 14 y/o girl missing..?

OK this is huge to me. My mom works at a treatment center that consists mostly of adopted children from orphanages all over the world. These kids r in the rtc bc of various different behavioral and emotional problems. OK so this particular girl was adopted from a russian orphanage by a family that has had 23 previous adoptions, all girls. The 14 yr old has always claimed that her "mom" has given away 3 of her sisters. It is not legal to give away adopted children, not to the state, not at all. When the "parents" come for visits they demand that she wear makeup, dresses, and high heels. She has always maintained a fear of being given away. This past weekend she went on a pass to see her family in another state. While visiting her "mom" claims that she ran away at 4 monday afternoon. She called the rtc at 5 claiming that the 14 y/o had ran away, at which time she was instructed to immediatly call the police. She waited until 10 at night to call the police. The young girl is still missing. She is a way over-developed 14 y/o (she has dd bra size) who is missing in the cold. If u believe her moms story. I dont beleive the mom and neither does my mom or the place she works for. Everyone wants to report the adoptive mom but they r all afraid to lose their jobs which they were instructed was exactlywhat was going to be what will happen to them if they make a report. What to do?

i would report her immediately. what's the worst that could happen? there would be no legal repercussions if your mom does so. if your mom loses her job then she could sue either the mom or her employers. secondly, i know it's easy for me to say this, but even if the world falls apart you know in your heart you're a good person, you acted selflessly in the face of adversity and are a saint among people. what if the unspeakable would happen or something emotionally and physically damaging were to happen to her? it's tough to say what to do really.

i would still tell.... i wouldnn't tell the mom i'd tell the police and honestly i wouldn't care what the agency say cause.... i meant it's a child's life the adoptive parent is putting at sakes man!!!!!!

Thats not true about them losing their jobs, they can report the mother in confidence, they do not have to give their names or anything. All they have to do is call the police station and tell them their suspicions and tell the police they dont want to give their name.

You may have legit suspicions; quite a story; but reading not too long ago about female trafficking mostly other countries but also in the U.S. there may be something to these strange events.
Of course this would be a federal offense; You could call the same police station as the "mom" did or call your local FBI office and give them this tip about this place. And your local TV news station. They have news investigators that are very good at digging out information.
If I worked there and thought stuff like that was going on, I wouldn't care if I lost my job; I'd be reporting it to whoever would listen to me.
At any rate, it sounds like this place needs to be investigated.

That is extremely scary. She probably ran away because her parents are really weird and just little weirdos! Maybe, possibly, her mom killed her. That is really sad to think of, but why would you call that police at 6 hours later?
