Adopted child thrown out help?

can the parents throw a adopted child out of the house before or after 18th birthday?

No, not legally before age 18, though sadly it does happen. Adoptive parents are legally parents; in the eyes of the law it is no different than throwing out a biological child.
Throwing out a minor is child abandonment, and is illegal, including for adopted children. If you're aware of such a situation happening, you should contact Child Protective Services.
The parents absolutely may NOT do this. The fact the child is adopted is not legally relevant-- it's still abandonment.
ETA: The parents CAN legally relinquish custody to the state or another individual, and can dissolve the adoption. Same process as they would relinquish a biological child.
But they can't legally just turn an adopted minor child out of the house with nowhere to go, any more than they could a biological child.
ETA Again: OK, apparently I can't read today. I only answered half your question. After the age of 18 (or in some areas 21,) children are no longer considered minors or to be the responsibility of their parents. At that point, yes, they can be asked to leave home. That does not differ whether the teenager is adopted, or was the parents' biological child. After the child becomes an adult, the parents legally can kick them out. |

Um you can throw any child out of the house.
In fact Nebraska has made it easier, you can take any child there of any age and just dump them off at a hospital of fire station.
It's called "safe haven" and lots of ppl love that law, because, you know, it saves them from being tossed in a dumpster. |

As easily as they can throw out a biological child. People do it, but it's actually not legal. Parents are responsible for their minor children's well being and must provide food and shelter. |

Kinda makes me question the whole "forever family" slogan. |

Yes, they can be ripped out the culture and heritage drug half way across the globe and thrown out of the house, dumped off at behavior modification camps for IA's, or boarding schools because they didn't live up to an Aps expectation. Some are even getting deported because their ignorant lazy Ap's didn't bother with citizenship.
What a beautiful world for children. |

A parent can throw kid out at any age, adopted or not. So yes, they can.
As for going back in the system, it depends on wherther the child is over 18. If the kids over 18, then no, he wouldnt go back in the system. He/she is a legal adult. |

If the child is below 18, then foster care services would become involved, and the parents would NEVER be able to adopt again, because they would be flagged as someone who abandoned a child. They can also be criminally convicted for abandonment.
If the child is above 18, they can be thrown out, just like anyone, but depending on individual state regulations, they might have to realize that laws might make them have to serve legal eviction notices, or they might have to notify the adoptee that they're getting thrown out.
ANY parent, whether adopted or not, who throws out a child, better have good cause, and had better look at the job they themselves did as parents, because if they feel they need to throw the child out, they must have done something as far as poor parenting. |

Sure they can but no more easily or no more difficultly then a child they gave birth to. |

I read some of your other questions and it looks like you're about 18. Are you asking for yourself? Unfortunately, adopted or not, your parents no longer have to be responsible for you once you're eighteen.
If you're worried about getting thrown out, contact social services asap. There's not much help available after eighteen, but where I live you can get job counseling, tuition and housing assistance, things like that.

My parents did when I was 16. My mom signed papers so I could marry my "of age" boyfriend so that I would be out of her hair. |

the parents have to follow the same laws as a bio child with an adopted child. If they kick the child out under aged 18 and the child enters foster care the adoptive parents must pay chld support. But after 18 they can do it. It may not be morally right but its legal. |

They can anytime.
Legally, they can also 'dissolve' the adoption at any time.
Forever families is a big myth.
My parents threw me out age 17, and i just went traveling.
Was a very good experience actually, but I think that having a family would have been better.

I am sorry your child has done something to make you want to throw him/her out. Have you exhausted all the counseling options? |

ETA:
i am sorry - i thought you were a "forever family" parent giving up and abandoning their already once abandoned kid.
hope you can make peace with them somehow - you've not got long before you'll be emancipated. |
