My husband and I are thinking about adoption, but have no idea where to begin. Were not planning on doing a over seas adoption, so where should we begin?!?

Lutheran Brotherhood (or Catholic Charities) is a good place to start. That is the agency my parent's used many long year's ago when they adopted me and they still provide support if we were to ever need it. |

You should have a local or state adoption resource or social services... check online and in the phone book. They will hook you up with more information about adopting and foster-to-adopt programs and will answer any questions you may have. They'll probably have some type of information session you can attend. |
