Adoption - How to get started....?

My fiancee and I have been TTC for over a year now and we recently got some bad news from the doctor. I am able to get pregnant but Im very unlikely to go full term with any pregnancy, which means i will just continue to have miscarriage after miscarriage. Because of this news we have decided to adopt, it is something we had already discussed at length and are not wanting to persue it.... but where to do we start? What happens now and what can we expect to happen in the future?

Try looking for current adoption agencies and foster homes, I also beleive that when it comes to pregancy issues there are other options so don't give up hop on that either. I was told I may never have kids howerver adoption is my choice for later on. I however am not gonna stop trying to have my own. I have an aunt who was told the same thing as you, She adopted her first child and got pregabat and had twins a year later. Don't give up there is alwatys a way. |

THE BEST AND PROBABLY THE EASY WAY IS IF YOU KNOW SOMEONE THAT DONT WANT THE BABY. IF NOT. LIST IN THE NEWSPAPER CLASSIFIED THAT YOU ARE WILLING TO TAKE IN SOMEONES CHILD. IN MY OPINON THERE ALOT OF OLDER KIDS THAT NEEDS HOME WHY DONT YOU TRY FOSTERING A CHILD AND GO FROM THERE. THE STATE HELPS YOU OUT. THEN LATER MAYBE YOU COULD ADOPT. PLEASE PLEASE TRY CONSIDERING THIS. I WAS ONCE A FOSTER CHILD THAT NOBODY WANTED. |

well are u in aussie.. i know all u have to do it go talk to DOCS and tell them things... they give you forms and what you would like to have and stuff... then u wait... (if needed) if not it dont take to long after that.. |
