it's all settled, he's living with us now in foster care (for about a month), and then my parents are going to adopt him. he came this morning, so everythings all crazy and everyone's excited, but he's here. sitting on my lap actually. he hasn't let go of me since he's got here. he wants to say something to you all:

YEA!!!! i cant put into words how happy i am for you right now. your parents are truly saints, and who could ask for a better big sister? you really stuck your neck out there for him and you should be so proud of yourself. you are very grown up for such a young girl. i hope you approach the rest of your life with such conviction and sense for what feels right.
please keep updating. your story really touched a lot of us and we all hope good things for your family.
dont forget big hugs for mom and dad, you and your brothers and sisters are lucky kids. they have a lot of love to give ♥♥

I went back through some of your previous questions trying to understand this whole situation. It sounds like you have had a hard life in the past. I am so glad to see that you have found a "forever" family to love and care for you. It sounds like you have really changed and are on the right path in life. I hope you continue to do great things in your lifetime.
It's also wonderful that you and your own brother can be part of the same big happy family. Always let your family, especially your brother know how much you love them. Reminding your brother may help him get rid of some of his insecurities (why he's clinging to you).
