Between these three countries, which one is eaiser to adopt?

Korea has the least "requirements" and is easiest. Vietnam, also, just added some new rules and regulations as well. With Korea, if you are a US citizen, they did not require that you travel for delivery of your child. I know that last year, they would even fly the baby to Dulles Airport in VA with the foster parent, or agency worker, attorney etc., on flight with them. This may have changed as well however. I don't think that one country is "better" than another when it comes to the ultimate gift you will receive, a child, however, based on each countries rules and regulations, (which you must research), you will probably be able to easily make a decision.

They all have different requirements, so it depends on the adoptive parent(s).
Korea and China have had long running, reliable programs for a long time. There have been problems with Vietnam programs in the past with reliability and ethical issues. Those issues have been said to be resolved though.
Korea and China only allow married couples to adopt. Vietnam allows for singles to adopt. China and some agencies in Korea have weight restrictions. The children adopted from Vietnam are usually 1-2 years old at placement, where babies from China and Korea can be as young as 8 months old now. Korea has the option of having the child escorted to the US rather then traveling, China and Vietnam require you travel and stay in the country for about 2 weeks. Also, most of the children in Korea are cared for in private foster homes rather then orphanages.

We adopted both of our children from Korea. The process was suprisingly quick and ran smoothly for us both times.I would definetly recommend the korea program to anyone who qualifies. My friends have adopted from both China and Korea, and said that the Korea program was much easier, but I'm sure you'd get a variety of opinions on the matter. Each program has it's pros and cons, but many people have happily added children to their families from each.

Korea and China both have equally strict laws on who can adopt now. China's laws are newer. Vietnam has the least restrictive rules (as example, Korea/China no longer adopts to singles, or obese people...Vietnam does). Anyway. All 3 programs have pretty long waits...Korea/Vietnam have grown longer as people have left China program for Korea/Vietnam. Taiwan has a VERY small program. Consider Ethiopia or Haiti. Can adopt VERY young babies fairly quickly/easily.

Korea has long been a steady, well-run program with no dossier required, but you do have to do a readoption in the States. Korea is also trying to phase out international adoption. Their goal is to have all their orphans adopted domestically. Just to throw a wrench into your thoughts . . . consider Taiwan. We adopted from Taiwan, which has remarkably little red tape. It is a great program, and the children are so well cared for. I will warn you, the wait times are long because people who no longer qualify for the China program are finding it, but it is a very solid program. Email me if you want more info.
