i really understand how you're feeling. The best thing to do is to speak openly to your adoptive parent and tell them that you really need to get in touch with your biological mother. It doesn't mean that your're rejecting them. I'm sure they'll understand and help you.

if you are over 16 you can ask adoption services without your mam & dad knowing but unless you are 16 with your pearnts knowing or not you cant get information from them till your 16. why dont you try genes reunited or face book ar myspace but it depends how old your real mam is if she is on myspace or not cause if she is old she probs wont be on it but it is worth a try .i know if you had any bilogical other brothers or sisters nyou have more chance of seeing them if they arent in contact with you bilogical mopther anymore. just ask your mam and dad they wont be angry or upset they probly know you will ask them one day so you maswell get it over with now and they might tell more about your bilogical mam and help you find her and if not at least just give you more information so you can look it up like full name , age and where abouts she lives(like the town or county) and if she has any more kids they are the klinda stuff you will probs be alowed to know from adoption services.

I'm adopted, and I literally just like 5 min ago found my birth-mom on Reunion.com You can search, but for maximum personal info, its $60, but so worth it!
