Can I adopt these kids?

I'd like to adopt these four children from Idaho if I live on the north pole?

If u live on the North Pole ur canadian either from Nunavut or other territories.. and Idaho is USA so you'll have to find the laws from your province about adopting internationally and the Laws of Idaho that those kids will be leaving the country..

Sorry... the likelyhood of someone who is severely, dangerously, mentally ill actually being allowed to adopt...

ooh... wait... oops! That's not accurate.

Well, either way, I doubt you'd be able to pass a home study in an igloo... polar bear threat and all.
