Can My Mom Do This to Me?

my mom is either going ot put me into foster care tonight or tommorw, she also may just put me into juvey if she decides. but can the judge for the quart also decide weather i go to foster care or not or go to juvey??? i'm "really" scared and don't know what's going to happen to me!
PLEASE answer as "soon" as possible, i don't have much time to figure out anything.
thanks for your help!!

she's putting me in becuase she doesn't want me anymore, and yes, i know that [atleast] for foster care you can put a child in voulentarily for just not wanting the child.

Love!
They can't send you to juvenile hall unless you did something illegal.. though she can send you back to foster care.

do you have any other family that could take you?

she sounds like a really bad mom. go to foster care and be the best you can. seriously

if she abused you in any way, go to court

crap, i have been following your posts. I don't think she can put you into juvi unless you have been convicted for something or are awaiting trial on something.

Please post when you can and let us know how you are, i'm really concerned for you.

Your mom can NOT "put" you into juvie. Only a judge can do that and ONLY if it's a sentence imposed because you are convicted of doing something illegal. Foster care is another story. Your parents can relinquish you temporarily or permanently, but only to state custody, not to any kind of "punishment". 'Juvie' is jail -- for juveniles. It's not a placement for kids who 'misbehave' at home. It's a part of the corrections system. I'm so sorry if your parent(s) are making this decision but you can't be "put" in juvie by your parents and you WON'T be put in juvie by a judge just because your parents "can't" or "don't want to" raise/keep you.

Sorry you're having such a hard time. Take care and try not to worry too much.

Good luck!

she got to have good reason to want to put you in to foster care, its not that easy, I think your mom is just trying to scare you.

it really depends on the situation she needs a really good reason to put you in juvey or a foster home. now if you've done something really bad then she maybe could put you in juvey. but if its something like she can't financially then idk she could put you in a foster home but if its just because she doesn't want you then im not excatly sure

I thought she was supposed to be putting you in 3 weeks ago? At least thats what you said in your questions in the teen section and the ones a week ago in this forum.

I think your question has been more then answered before in your earlier inquiries.
