NO. You are not legally old enough nor are you financially independent, married or able to provide properly for a child.
When you adopt from overseas nearly every country wants to see MARRIED couples of at least 3+ years, some no divorces, financial stability, medical records of good health, finances etc.... Alot of them like you to be at least 25 or older.

I really dont think so! To adopt any child you have to be in a stable relationship with a steady job and be of a certain age! Im not sure exactly what the age is but i know its over 18! Sorry!
