My ex wife had a daughter when we met, and her bilogical fathers rights were terminated. After we married I signed her birth certificate stating I was father, of course I'm not biologically her father but I feel I am. We had a daughter while we married. After we divorced I was ordered to pay child support for both girls. Now she has remarried and wants her new husband to adopt her first daughter. My question is can she do this, since I haven't legally adopted her. If so what do I need to do to stop this from happening?
