Can anyone give me advice on how to find a person (I'm thinking the unusual name will make it easier) in Portland area of Oregon? Also, how to go about it differently if the one you're looking for is under 18. Any advice is appreciated!

Yes, that's her in the link! We met her at a Heart gallery, started trying to adopt, even bought her a Christmas present for the caseworkers to pass on.. then they couldn't locate her, or who her worker was, etc. We just want to know if she still needs a home, because if so, this one wants to be it!

Oh my God, Lara [and sk8ermom], I worked with her. Not on a regular basis (she was in a different cottage, and I only worked there on-call), but I totally remember her from a couple years ago.

Try something like US SEARCH.COM on the internet. You have to pay, but it will give you addresses, phone numbers, etc for the person you are looking for.
There are also tons of free searches on the internet. Just google LOCATE PEOPLE and all the searches will show up.
I have used US SEARCH before and think it is great. It costs like $60 and you can first check to see if the person is available before you have to pay. |
