ok so i am unable to get pregnant and my husbands cuzin is pregnat she does not want the baby and asked if we wanted to adopt we said yes but how to be go about adopting a getting guardinship

You will still need a homestudy to get the adoption finalized. I would talk to an adoption lawyer ASAP and get him/her to help you understand what you need to do to get this done. Good luck. |

You need to speak with a local family law attorney who can direct you. Also, please be aware that if you are both in different states it may be a little more complicated.
FYI, you do NOT want guardianship. You want to adopt. Very different. |
