what were your impressions on the movie and how it addresses adoption, missing childern, kids in care etc.

I seen August Rush with my mother..and it was GREAT. I can't aptly put to words what the overall impression was.

its about adoption and family and all.

I thought it was beautiful and the connection felt by the little boy with his absent parents really resonated with my own experience.

I thought it was a great movie too. But what do i know, I thought Juno was histerical. Not realistic by any stretch of the imagination but it had some great one liners in it. I'm not an adoptee so my take on things is a bit different.

I also liked Martian child, was that the name of it. I really really liked that one too.
