dose any one know how old u have to be to start filling out paper's to adopt.. im 13 and i want to go to colleg and have a husband befor i adopt but i want to konw wut i age i should fill out the paper's to lok at kids... nooo bad awsers..... and i do plan to have a husban and a 3 bead room condo in saleam(near bewichted statue) and a collge daploma....

Ok. If you're going to have a college diploma, that puts you at atleast 22. Give yourself some time to get established at your job...maybe 3-5 years. That puts you between 25-28, which is a good time to start thinking about adoption options.

There is nothing wrong with researching now. The more information you know before you start the process the better off you are. And there is a LOT to know! So spend some time on different adoption websites and get your info.
As far as the age in which to start paperwork, one of the first things that has to happen is a homestudy. A social worker will investigate your life to make sure that you can support a child. So for that to happen, you will have to be doing fairly well in life, with the means to provide for your family. The age in which you can legally adopt varies from 18-35, depending on the program!

You have to be 18 to sign any kind of legal binding contract so I would say 18. It's cool that you already have your future planned. I wish I did :)

First, you have to learn how to spell. Is she single? She must have an excellent and potential in the future. Adoption is not a joke. It's a lifetime commitment.

I know here that the youngest person in the couple has to be over 25 and you have to have medical certificates that state that you can not have your own children naturally.

You need to turn your thoughts to teenage things -- like decorating your room, volunteering at a child care center, reading a book for the summer, cleaning out your closet, and getting ahead on your homework for the Fall.

You have to be old enough to adopt in order to "fill out the paper's". You also need to know how to spell, and use proper grammar.

Concentrate on your school work and in 10 years, revisit this question!
