It depends. Was your dad the offending parent, or the non-offending parent?? Was he just absent when you were brought in to foster care??

There is no law that says you can...nor is there one that says you cannot, unless your dad is the reason you are in foster care.

You need to talk to your case worker, your juvenile attorney and if you have a CASA/guardian ad litem....talk to all of them. No one on this forum can really give you an accurate answer.

Do you like your dad? He is your dad and all.
If he like, hits you and stuff, probably not, but there is nothing wrong with wanting to be with your family.

u might be able to but i think u and ur dad would would have to present thier case and the judge or the board members would have to approve it u never know

only if social services have allowed that kind of visitation for him and you. It all depends on why you are in foster care, and what has happened since.

No. More than likely if they removed you from your mom's care and custody the courts would award custody to your dad and you would live with him and sleep there every night. If they decided foster care would be the best place for you they would not allow you to sleep at your dads.

That's a decision only your caseworker can make. Check with your caseworker, and hopefully, you've got contact with your dad. He will need to make every allowance to do good on his visits. The idea of foster care is to reunite you and your dad, so there's a possibility, but without looking at your case, there's no way to tell. This might be a positive step, however, if you screw it up (or if he does) it can mean a lot longer in foster care. Good luck

It all depends on the situations.
And it is also the social workers decision.
Talk to them about it...bribe them and say you will only go in to foster care if they let you stop at your dads once a month.
