i have a friend who is being approached by someone in africa because they wan to give the baby for adoption.
does anyone has any experience in this?

i told her that myself,but she said until now ,nobody asked her money,so she will continue contact to see how it ends.

Yeah, this is a VERY common scam. Eventually your friend will be asked for "just" plane fare to get the "expectant mother" to the United States. There will never be an adoption. The person she's talking to probably isn't really pregnant, and may not even be a woman.
I suggest your friend cut off contact immediately, and seek adoption through legal and official channels. There are tens of thousands of children in US foster care legally free to be placed in adoptive homes, so your friend will have no trouble finding a child to love.
I hope your friend doesn't allow her desire to become a mother blind her to this blatant and common scam. |

I've heard of it, it's a variation of those 419 scams. Eventually they'll ask her for her bank account information, allegedly to 'wire money' to her account. |
