How do I ease her worries about loss?

My adopted daughter has been really off lately. Not sleeping well. Rude and surly. Tonight she finally cracked. She says that she is having dreams that she doesn't want to tell me about. The dreams are about something happening to me or her dad. This is always the theme to her dreams. She has had a lot of loss in her life. She lost her birth mother due to adoption. She lost her oldest sister (by adoption) due to a car accident 4 years ago. She has also had various friends at church who have drowned in the bathtub(!), whose father drowned, who lost both parents in a car accident, whose sister died of brain cancer. Our neighbor lost her daughter-in-law due to an aneurism and her husband due to lung cancer. She plays with the daughter-in-law's children occasionally. All of this has been in the last 4 1/2 years except the adoption. She told me tonight that she dreamed about her sister dying before the accident. How can I help her? She is nine years old. I can't lie to her and promise that nothing will happen. She obviously knows better. I promised her that I'm very careful, and I'll do everything I can to be around a very long time. I told her dreams aren't real and can't make things happen. What else can I do to calm her fears? She has a right to be scared based on past history!
