How do i go about finding a sibling my parents gave up for adoption in Arizona 1982?

All i know is the baby was a female and was born in 1982 and the location may have been Mesa, Tuscon, Arizona.

Are you sure it was 1982? I just have to ask because my little sister (she and I were adopted into the same family) was born in Arizona in 1981. I always check into any inquiry that has similarities.

There are some other adoptees here (Heather B comes to mind...and LaurieDB, among others) that have a lot of really good search information.

Please send me a private message -- click on my avatar and send an email) -- if you think there's any chance that your sister may have been born in 1981 instead. My sis has been searching for about 9 years and I've been trying to help her out.

Take care!

There is some great search and support at this Yahoo group:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/arizonasearch_support/?v=1&t=search&ch=web&pub=groups&sec=group&slk=1

Also ensure you are signed up with http://isrr.net/ also search and register at http://registry.adoption.com/ and any other adoption reunion registries you can find; including the State sibling registry (the above search group will have all the links and info for you)

Best of luck with finding your sibling :)

you can sine up with isrr down load the paper work and mail it to them this is free but if you want a conformation from them send with your paper work a envelope with a stamp on it . You can go to http://www.adoptiondatabase.org/index.htm this group is great. first sine up then you can go through the database and see if any one is looking . and you can e-mail the group all the time, they are there to help and it is free. all so Arizona you can all so get her no- identifying information for AZ, and see if she sined up too. you contact me if you need to talk or help!

Maybe she is happy with her life and does not want to be "found."
