How to go about this?

My sister is pregnant again she has already giving her oldest child ,away has her second, but her boyfriend and father of this baby says he doesn't it. She wants to do a test for mental illnesses and if it has something wrong she wants to abort. And I think maybe even if something isnt wrong. I just want to know if anyone knows how to go about her and the father signing the baby over to me, because both seem to be willing at the time.

there are certain test that can be done to determine if a baby will have certain disabilities but not all. I don't know of any that will tell if the baby will have learning disabilities or anything. If your sister is going to abort there is nothing you can do about this, except talk to her and tell her that you would be willing to adopt the baby when she has it. If she decides to go forward with caring the baby and keeps the baby and then you feel as though she is not doing right towards it you could call social services, and if they take the baby from her b/c they find cause too you could petition to take the baby rather then them putting the baby in foster care and then petition to adopt if she and her b/f agree to give up their parental rights. It is sad that some people continue to become pregnant rather then using birth control and then regret getting pregnant and use abortion as the answer...best of luck to you...

There are no prenatal tests for "mental illness". If your sister and the baby's father do not wish to relinquish the child, there is nothing you can do. There is also nothing you can do if she decides to terminate the pregnancy.
No one can sign over a child until after it has been born.

You can't test for mental illness in utero.

If your sister wants to abort, it's HER business. The emotional pain of having an abortion lasts for a long time, but the emotional pain of relinquishing a child lasts FOREVER...for the mother and the child.

Prenatal tests can determine if there is a predisposition towards certain handicaps...

Be sure that if you talk her out of going ahead with her plans, that you are fully willing to take care of this child, whether it is non-physically handicapped or not. Abortion is not the answer, but she may set her mind on it.

If she changes her mind on the abortion, please help her find the best possible environment for this child; whether that be with you or elsewhere. Handicapped children need more care than the rest of us.

Wow you either typed really fast or you can't spell. But personally just because of a baby illness it's NEVER right to abort. If they are both willing to sign the baby over then go for it, but you need to read into this, and see if you're really up for this.
