I am 15 and desperatley need help so i can go to school.

I am 15 I have been living for 3 years illegally with other people my mom has never made me come home. She has the illegiate work books she claims is home schooling i grade my self i have no text book if i get stuck. My mom lives in a dump she wont let me go to school due to no water and even if we have running water the floors are falling thru you cannot bath or use the water she has no aircodtioner or heating. We live in the middle of no where if i get sick really bad i have to call 911 when she is there to take me to the dr which a month ago i was so sick they hospitalized me but to go my mom laughs says call 911 and says what you want me to do about it. I am now in a wonderful home Kim who wants to get me enrolled in school needs custody. Well my mother went to the school with Kim She went and picked up my egg doner when she found out they would need all my education info she knew she would get in trouble so she told me i had to come home and she would also loose her food stamps and welfare check which the people i had lived with had not pursued it to much to keep peace. I now realize idont want to live in a rutt or a dump like her on welefare and I want to go to school to get my RN. My second mom Kim took me immediately to dss when she said i am not allowed to go to school since i would never amount to anything she is so mean. Kim has done so muich for me if she could get some kind of custody she would add me to her insurance and would not have to get welefare and food stamps. Well CPS has her under serious investigation as of last friday she is saying i have to come home but she dont try to come get me or call me or anything cause she and her boyfriends drunk and on drugs he almost killed her and him both drinking and driving my mom died 3 times in icu last year. Well we dont have alot of time if i want in school for legal aid Kim is a little strapped for a lawyer but can provide for me what shes providing. Is there a lawyer in the greenville SC area that could help me I want so bad to go to school and be a normal healthy teenager i have in the last two weeks put on ten pounds i am happy i am not having to take my celexa like i was cause i am so happy i got my own room there is heat and air i live in a beautiful home would get to go to one of the best high schools in the upstates would or is there with out the long drawn out with legal aid and also waiting on Laurens county dss to finish investigation that i know they got a lot of stuff on her that someone could help me for free. I dont want Kim to have to put out much more cause i know she wants to save for me to go to a good college or university. I can have better if someone can help me or even help me get emancipated from my mom. she dont want to sign up custody for this for me to have a decent place to live and a good education due to the fact she will loose her food stamps and welefare check. She dont love me or care for me Kim loves me like her own she stays right there by me when i am sick. I want a family and a wonderful life i want some one to come thru for me it takes a town or a community to raise a child i heard kim tell everyone at dss and kim said thats what I am doing Please i am begging seems like i have no rights as to who i want to live with. Its unsafe for me to be in a house with holes in the floor the house is so cold in the winter there has been no air my mom has plastic over the windows which its so hot when mom goes off for days at a time i have no way to bath or eat really i just want to be with Kim and her family i want to be a kid dont seem like dss wants to do to much and the home schooling she got me is just a work book no txt no way to study she tells me to just copy the answers in the back thats not an education.
