Section 8 is the best way to go but, it might take awhile to get qualified and it could be difficult prior to the children actually becoming dependents. Once you did obtain Section 8 or HUD Housing most often the Homes rented are rented by Private Landlords.

What you are doing for your siblings is very nice but im sorry if you cant aford a big enough house for all of them to live in then how are you going to aford to take care of them and feed them? you cant just always assume that the government will be there for you to fall back on and give you money.
