I need help in finding my adopted siblings?

i have no money i am almost 22 my oldest sister is almost24 someone adopted her out of foster care also i know there are more can someone tell me how to get information. i know my sister's birth name and birth date.and our birth mother name i want to find my older sister and we can find the other children together.please if anyone knows how to help please we wereout of the foster care early i called a number social services gave me to call for info they said they haven't any records of me being in the system i know thats not so because my adoptive mom has the foster care papers. they are so lack.help me please someone i love my adoptive parents they are trying to help me so please help us

If you know her birth name and her birthday i might be able to help. When i turned 18 i found my biological parents. I just searched them every way i could. I seached Yellow pages, googled their names, myspace, facebook. anything i could think off. I eventually found my dad on facebook and my mom in the yellow pages. the foster care is one messed up system and no one knows how bad it is unless they have been it in. My sisblings and I are looking for our sister Andrea,her father took our sister from our mother at a very early age and we are to beleive that she was put up for adoption.We know the fathers name her original name and date of birth.Every avenue we have been down has came to a dead end and all the ways to find her have been exspensive.does anyone know what we should do next.Thank you

Hi, I am looking for my sister who was adopted in 1984 Her birthday is sept 5,1979 She was born cheryl lynn lawson in cincinnati ohio she is now 31 and I am looking for her i am the youngest child of my parents she doesnt no i exsist. My mother was very young when she had her and my aunt mary catherine allen had custody of her who then adopted her through the mormon church in ohio. My parents tried paying a lawyer when she was 18 but they said they couldnt release her information since she wasnt 21 and they didnt have custody of her prior to the adoption. Please help me.
