You dont have to me Mexican citizen to adopt a child from Mexico.
But you do need an experienced lawyer in this area. Check with one
from your city for a private adoption this means you wont go thru
any agencies. Good luck!!!

I am not sure of the international laws on this but I think your best resource would be to go see a family law lawyer. all adoptions require homestudies, even family ones and international usually is even strictor.

I am not sure on the international version of adopting a famly member but when it is in the states it is farely easy. You don't need the homestudy or any of the large fees. I would suggest getting an attorney and asking what the requirements would be for for an international family adoption. Good luck and best wishes!!

It is complicated, as there are immigration laws involved. The problem will be getting a visa for your Mexican cousin. It would be easy if he were already here in the States on a visa, but since he is in Mexico, it's complicated. Contact an immigration attorney and find out what you need to do. Good luck!
