I don't know. I'm trying hard to exercise my right to take adoption leave.... we've had my son for a month and a half and I want to take 4 friggin hours a week starting next month, and they're fighting me tooth and nail. |

We adopted our child, but Ive never heard of adopting another child so quick before, like others have said, it depends on how flexible your employer is, also it differs if you are a man or a woman! theres equality for you! |

i don't think so because they would need to fill your position. Some employers may let you but i dobt they will let you have a year off and still have a job when you come back |
