Looney Tunes
Teenagers
Children older than 5 years
Children with disabilities
Children with "behavioral issues" ~ ones that are in therapeutic foster care

Look into foster children. Many of them need a family.

School age children, sibling groups, special needs children (physical/mental/emotional disabilities) in America and all over the world need homes.

Many people who want to adopt overwhelmingly want to adopt infants, particularly infant girls. I don't fault people who want the experiencing of parenting an infant, but the logical consequence is that it is harder to find homes for the older children.

Children ages 3 and above and those with special needs, those in sibling groups and those that are either biracial or of any other race but caucasian are those that have a harder time being adopted.

heres a change maybe try adopting a child who needs a home in AMERICA, you know they need homes too

oh I am sorry we must be like Angelina Jolie and Madonna, and give children in other countries a chance but not in our country...ok, and since when are only Caucasians the only kids who are adopted

ANY child who doesn't have one, no matter the age, race or location. In other words, a child who doesn't have a home, doesn't deserve a home any more than the next child who doesn't have one.

No, you don't need to be anyone other than yourself. If that means you want to go through the US adoption system, good for you. If someone else wants to adopt IA, good for them. If yet another person wants to adopt a white domestic infant, good for them. Not every child is the same. Why do you expect every aparent to be?

FYI, a relinquished non-adopted white infant, eventually becomes a foster child. But, I guess they NEED to go into the system, just so it doesn't irritate those who hate domestic infant adoption.

And, I don't know about 'only caucasians being adopted'. We didn't adopt caucasian.

Which children need homes the most? The one without a home.

think tink
I'm sorry but I dont think that you can put a specific age on a child who needs adopting. They all need homes just the same as the next child. Foster kids need adopting as much as a child who isnt in foster care. Adoptees can be discriminated enough without having someone not adopt them because they are not a baby, or because they didnt come out of foster care.
